Meet Daniel Victor

Hi, I'm Daniel

For nearly 7 years I've specialized in leading teams to deliver innovative solutions in the technology space and steering the helm of engineering projects that amount to tens of millions of dollars in savings. As a contributor, I've developed quality automation pipelines, frameworks, and strategies for dozens of applications and products. Additionally, I've cultivated first-in-class communication skills through teaching hundreds of hours of live training with accompanying documentation and presenting key information to various Directors and VPs at General Motors.

I have an underlying passion for innovation, operational improvements, and project management. The joy I get from making projects successful is synonymous with the fulfillment I get from helping people develop in their own careers. To me, it's the accomplishment of these macro milestones being made possible through micro-actions that take place every day, and it's fulfilling these small steps towards a greater common goal that make me excited to deliver my best work every single day.

About Me

Throughout my career, I've scaled my responsibilities through roles at General Motors s a Software Engineer, Quality Automation Engineer, Lead Automation Engineer of a 500-person organization, to being a Senior Product Owner and Scrum Lead. Additionally, I spent three years leading initiatives across the company's Career Development and New Hire programs.  In a desire to refine my craft in the test automation space, I devoted a half-year leading test engineering efforts across a variety of CACI International Defense Industry systems, products, and applications by creating test plans and automation for satellite and sensor technology. Being a Test Engineer II at CACI International was an invaluable experience that allowed me to further my foundation of testing in the hardware area, and continue pursuing my passion for working on new and innovative technologies.

Currently, I am leading an engineering team as a Senior Product Owner at KLA. Working in the semiconductor space has been truly rewarding and has allowed me to have a first-hand glimpse into the future of manufacturing technology.

Throughout my career, I look forward to continuing to challenge myself professionally in the following types of roles:
